Barnfield were invited to tender for this retail scheme through the architects after working with them previously on an industrial scheme in Milnthorpe.
Over the 26 week contract, Barnfield built a 16,300 sq ft Aldi supermarket and a 6,000 sqft Pets at Home store on behalf of developers Rawdon Investments Limited.
The contract included 95 parking spaces and a culvert diversion.
This is the second Aldi supermarket in the last 12 months that Barnfield have constructed, with the other just completed in St Helens
