Orbit Developments entered into a Development Agreement with St Helens Council to redevelop the prominent site which in turn will enhance the retail and leisure facilities on offer in St Helens
Barnfield won this contract at competitive tender stage but have previously worked with Orbit Developments on other projects in the North West.
The first phase has been pre-let to retail giant Aldi and they now occupy their new 16,500 sqft retail facility.
Following on from this successful project Barnfield completed an Aldi and Pets at Home in Clitheroe
