Whitewell Court is the first development to be completed by the Rossendale Together Barnfield Partnership which is a regeneration development company set up by Rossendale Borough Council with Together Housing Group and Barnfield Construction.

Other developments being completed by the partnership include Bacup Housing, Broadway Housing, Rawtenstall Apartments, New Hall Hey and the Rawtenstall Town Centre Masterplan.

Whitewell Court comprises a 3 storey development (4 apartments on each each floor) and is a traditional build using bradstone material.
