Trebor Developments, working in partnership with Burnley Council, acted as the developer to deliver the first phase of industrial development at the prestigious Vision Park site. Trebor Development appointed Barnfield Construction Limited as their principal contractor to carry out the construction, which completed in 2017.
The development provides flexible hi-spec workspace units from 1,500 sqft to rent and larger business accommodation from 5,000 sqft to rent or purchase, the build contract included site preparation and infrastructure works to service the balance of phases 2 and 3 at Vision Park in order to provide further office, industrial or hybrid accommodation on a design to suit basis, with accommodation from 10,000 sqft up to 35,000 sqft.
The Vision Park development was partly funded by a grant from the Lancashire LEP. Phase one delivered high quality, yet flexible accommodation that can meet a range of occupiers’ requirements.
