Barnfield Construction have now completed phase 1 of Spinning Point for the Rossendale Together Barnfield (RTB) Partnership
Work began with the demolition of the former police station and annex building to the former Town Hall. The Town Hall has been given a new lease of life having been converted in to 10,000 sq ft of Grade A offices for new tenant, Together Housing.
Work carried out in conjunction with the town hall refurbishment was the development of a brand new 8 bay bus station with 4 retail units, a public realm/square and associated car parking. Funding from Lancashire Ecconomic Partnership was received for the development.
