In joint venture partnership with Pendle Borough Council, Barnfield acted as developer and contractor to complete phase 1 of the Northlight Apartments. Barnfield Construction are now refurbishing the 2nd phase of the mill which includes 45 luxury apartments.
Phase 1 of the residential scheme incorporated 45 luxury apartments in the iconic former cotton mill in East Lancashire.
