The purpose-built Lancashire Digital Technology Centre (LDTC) offers 30,000 sq ft of commercial offices.
The £4 million state-of-the-art centre, was originally owned by the North West Development Agency and managed by the partner in the site Burnley Council.
Since buying the whole site, now called Innovation Drive, including the former Michelin factory, Barnfield Developments now own and manage the centre.
The LDTC comprises a two floor facility with a large reception foyer and courtyard, interactive conference facilities, landscaped gardens, onsite parking and 24 hour managed business park security.
