HB Villages – Stafford

HB Villages is a leading provider of bespoke property for supported living.

The company was established solely for the purpose of delivering supported living property development and investment solutions.

They deliver accommodation across the UK for the tens of thousands of vulnerable adults living in inappropriate, badly serviced and often, poor quality accommodation.

Barnfield Construction won the contract at competitive tender to develop 15 apartments over 3 floors of specialist accommodation.

This is phase 2 of the site in Stafford that we have developed with Panacea Property Developments, with the first being the 48,000 sq ft head quarters for Entrust on the site adjacent.
