Barnfield Construction constructed 12 social housing bungalows for the Peter Birtwistle Trust.
The scheme was developed by Barnfield’s joint venture development company with Pendle Council, PEARL2.
The development received funding from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and all of the bungalows were pre-let prior to completion.
The bungalows are the first phase of housing on this site with the second phase now being developed for Barnfield Homes, Greenfields View.
