Barnfield’s pioneering joint venture development with Pendle Council, PEARL, developed 36 homes for open market sale for Barnfield Homes.

4 different house types were constructed on a brownfield site beneath the former Brierfield Mill, comprising 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached bungalows and 3 bedroom semi-detached homes.

Housing provider Calico purchased a selection of the bungalows during the construction phase and all other units were reserved prior to construction being complete.
