The Viaduct – Accrington

This project involved the regeneration of a former local authority yard and car park which was transformed into:

• Accrington Superbowl – incorporating 8 lanes and a bar
• Cinema– incorporating 4 big screens which had to be detailed to high acoustic requirements with comfy stadium seating for 750 a bar and conferencing facilities which is now owned by major cinema provider Vue
• McDonalds

The scheme was developed on the outskirts of the town centre and abilities were tested on a very compact site off a busy roundabout.
