Following a successful competitive tender, Barnfield Construction is on-site just off J27 of the M62, constructing Unit 1 42,500 sqft warehouse and offices (pre-let to Belgrade Insulation) and Unit 2 9,000 sqft. The development also included the construction of the UK’s first LEON drive-thru.
