EAST – Preston

Barnfield Construction are on-site carrying out the design and construction of phase 2 of EAST, for joint venture development company Henry Boot Barnfield Limited.

The development company is a partnership between Barnfield Group’s development arm and HBD, who are also developing BEACON62 in Huyton – click here to view the project.

The first phase of the prime industrial development with M6 frontage comprises a 70,000 sqft ft warehouse, subdivided into five smaller units (7A to 7E).

Each unit includes a fully finished ground floor lobby/core and offices with full mechanical and electrical installations. The development also includes the design and construction of an extension to the existing highway to form the access road to Units 7A to 7E; the highway extension is designed and constructed to adoptable standards.

Phase 2 comprises 3 buildings totaling over 100,000 sqft of industrial space which are all under offer to end-users.
