Barnfield Construction has completed the second of three phases at Beacon 62, the latest 11.5-acre strategic gateway mixed-use development in Knowsley.
The Beacon 62 development has been brought forward in partnership with Barnfield and HBD under the joint venture name, Henry Boot Barnfield Limited.
Phase 1 included an 18,000 sq ft Aldi supermarket adjacent to both the M62 and M57 motorways.
Phase 2 included a petrol filling station for Eura Garages together with McDonald’s and Starbucks drive-thru’s.
Plot 3 has been sold to Jaguar Landrover and development on a new showroom is expected soon.
As well as acting as developer, Barnfield Construction will undertake all main contracting works on the site, which extends across three plots.
