The speculative development, called Logic@Kingsway, offers occupiers small units to rent in a fantastic location right next to J21 of the M62.
Barnfield Construction constructed the units with Wilson Bowden acting as project managers on the development. The scheme totals 60,000 sq ft and is owned by Rochdale Borough Council.
