We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager
Barnfield Construction Limited are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for the Groups marketing activities. This exciting role will be based at our Head Office in Nelson.
The Role
- Manage and execute an annual marketing plan & budget
- Be the brand guardian ensuring the continuous delivery of the brand.
- Producing press releases to ensure maximum exposure.
- Entering the company into relevant industry Awards
- Social media planning & management and creating imaginative content primarily for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Increasing traffic to the company website through a variety of marketing campaigns, including creating and running email campaigns.
- Maintaining content on our website through “word press”, writing and adding new content pages and producing insightful, relevant blogs to maintain SEO.
- Liaising with the website development agency where necessary.
- Updating the Company brochures.
- Producing development brochures for Barnfield Homes and Barnfield Developments.
- Liaise with customers to organise professional photographs of projects.
- Reporting on marketing activity and deliverables making recommendations.
- Designing other advertising, marketing and promotional literature.
- Liaising with board design agency/contractor on bespoke development boards.
The Person
You will have:
- Excellent IT, writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone.
- A flexible approach and able to balance different aspects of this role.
- The ability to work autonomously but closely with the MD & Head of Development and external agencies.
- A relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field or proven marketing experience.
- Experience of Word Press.
Part time – 20 hours a week (hours to be agreed)
