Following on from the original development with Stanley House, this repeat business project was won through a competitive tendering process.
The second phase of this exclusive boutique hotel involves a three storey new build to house 18 individually interior designed bedrooms, hydro-therapy pool, function room, 5 treatment rooms, dry flotation room, relaxation room, manicure/pedicure room, changing rooms, sauna and steam room and a gymnasium.
The contract also included a feature lake and extension to Mr. Fred’s bar.
The material used will include natural stone, aluminum and timber windows and Spanish slate on a pitched roof which will be sympathetic to the original architecture used in the original development.
