This was a joint venture between Blackpool Council and Barnfield. An open competition was held to establish a Partnership to develop a Technology & Management Centre on a Greenfield site, as the gateway to a new Technology Park.
Barnfield were successfully appointed and developed the 30,000 sqft Technology & Management Centre along with Blackpool Council. Together Barnfield Investment Properties continue to manage and maintain the park.
From this success we went on to develop the 40,000 sqft B1 space along with the 150,000 sqft B2 space.
The development was funded by Barnfield Construction and its bankers and the majority remains within our Investment portfolio.
