Barnfield Construction, Nelson based contractor, developer & investor behind 40 million sqft of industrial space across the North West, are delighted to announce the submission of its latest scheme – Advance Point on Rossendale Road, Burnley.

Consisting of two phases over 11 acres, phase 1 will comprise of 36 industrial units starting in size from 2100 sqft/200 sqm and offer larger units for both sale and rental. Phase 2 proposals will be also be considered during 2020.
