Barnfield submit planning for their second phase at Riverside Business Park

Following the success of their commercial business park, Vantage Court in Barrowford, Nelson-based Barnfield Developments have submitted a planning application to bring forward the next phase.

Vantage Point will be a nine-unit scheme of high-quality workshop/warehouse units with sizes starting at 3,660 sqft totalling 37,000 sqft.

Each of the units will be designed and built to include a W.C. and kitchenette, ready for the occupiers further fit-out.  The single-storey buildings will have concrete floors and an eaves height of 5.5m.  Each unit will be accessed via an electric roller shutter door, together with a feature glazed personnel entrance.

Barnfield’s contracting arm will carry out the construction of the development.

The units are based in a fantastic location just off junction 13 of the M65 and Barnfield Construction expect to start on site in Summer 2022 and complete in Spring 2023.

Tracy Clavell-Bate, Head of Development for the Barnfield Group commented, “We expect the units to be in great demand as there is a lack of supply in the area.  We are certain the scheme will be a huge success.”

Contractor and Developers, Barnfield, have appointed Trevor Dawson and Nolan Redshaw as the property agents for all enquiries and the units will be available to let or for sale.
