East Lancashire Contractor, Developer and Investor, Barnfield Construction Limited, are pleased to announce construction of 37,000sqft of offices and 15,000 sq ft of business units for developer Henco International Limited.

Preparation of the site has now commenced to allow for the construction of 2 office buildings on a 2.5 acre plot at Whitehills Business Park.

Building 1 is a four storey 27,000sqft building which has been pre let to Stockbrokers and Investment Managers, Hargreave Hale.

Building 2, Apollo House is being developed speculatively for Henco International & will provide high specification hybrid (office/industrial) accomodation up to 10,000sqft which will be available to let.

Chris Hibbert, Managing Director at Henco said “Our latest development is a continuation of Olympic Court & Apollo Court, which are now 90% let. The high quality accommodation along with central Fylde location being only 1/4 mile from J4 of the M55 is a big draw to many businesses.”

The buildings are expected to be ready for occupation in June 2016.
