Barnfield Construction won the Contractor of the Year Award at one of the most prestigious property awards in Manchester last week.
The North West Insider Property Awards Ceremony, which was held at Manchester Central, is regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the regions property sector & attracted around 1,500 elite property professionals.
Barnfield won the Contractor of the Year Award for the versatility of its submission & its overall excellence.
The judges said the company’s work on Burnley’s £10.4m University Technical College caught their eye.
The winning submission also included details of a stunning £2 million, 5 bedroom luxurious holiday lodge sat right on Lake Windermere, together with a 67,000 sq ft manufacturing / storage facility for Accrol Papers in Blackburn.
Tim Webber commented on what it means for him to win this award:
