Property Sales Manager Required

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience + car allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and highly ambitious Property Sales Manager to join the team at one of Barnfield Construction’s Joint Venture Companies, Globe Enterprises Limited.

The successful candidate will take sole responsibility for generating tenants and / or purchasers to occupy office and industrial units at AMS Technology Park in Burnley.

Working at the Globe Centre in Accrington alongside the existing Centre Manager, you will have dealings in the sales, lettings and property management initially of the units at AMS Technology Park and later of the entire Globe Enterprises Ltd portfolio, providing first class customer service to our customers and tenants.

The role will be varied and you will provide a complete property management service, dealing with both agents and solicitors in relation to leasing and renewals right through to invoicing and collection of payments.

Highly ambitious and with the determination to succeed, the successful candidate will have previous experience of property sales / lettings negotiation whilst keeping up to date with rental levels / purchase prices.

With excellent communication and negotiating skills, candidates must have the ability to evenly manage existing customers coupled with generating new business opportunities.

Furthermore, it is essential that candidates hold a full, clean driving licence.
