Following on from the successful completion of phase 1 and 2 of Ringtail Retail Park, Burscough, Barnfield Construction are delighted to have completed construction on the 3rd and final phase of the multi-million pound retail development.
Phase 1 included the construction of a 32,500 sqft Booths Supermarket which incorporated the full fit out of the store including a cafe.
Phase 2 comprises 6 units built speculatively for Investec Bank with 2 pre lets agreed for Pets at Home (5,000sqft) and B & M Bargains (12,000sqft).
Phase 3 has now completed which includes a Petrol Filling Station and 3 retail units together with an Aldi supermarket.
