Barnfield Construction constructed 5 new industrial units on the well known New Hall Hey site in Rawtenstall.
First phase comprised of 13,500sq ft of speculative industrial space for Solomon’s property development company, Alder Green. The smaller of the 2 units have been let to Screw Fix, the United Kingdom’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products.
The remaining 8,000 sq ft unit and 40,000 sq ft unit have also been pre-let to local businesses.
