Just the start of things to come for 2010

On behalf of Globe Enterprises Limited (Joint venture between Barnfield Construction Limited, Hyndburn Council and Stuart Nevison), we are delighted to announce that we have exchanged contracts on a £5.2 million office deal covering 60,000 sq ft in Accrington.

The deal includes the sale of part of the Globe Centre in Accrington and the former Technology Management Centre, in the grounds of the Globe Centre. The deal involves the transfer of the Lancashire County Council HQ from Bluebell Way, Preston to their new location in Accrington.
