Business Technology Mangagement Centre - Blackpool

This was a joint venture between Blackpool Council and Barnfield. An open competition was held to establish a Partnership to develop a Technology & Management Centre on a Greenfield site, as the gateway to a new Technology Park.
Barnfield were successfully appointed and developed the 30,000ft’ Technology & Management Centre along with Blackpool Council. Together we continue to manage and maintain the park.
From this success we went on to develop the 40,000sq ft B1 space along with the 150,000sq ft B2 space.
The development was funded by Barnfield Construction and its bankers and the majority remains within our Investment portfolio.
